MOVE YFD infuses physical work and mental focus with a light-hearted approach that is encouraging, supportive, and fun.
We are available to teach—Private & small group instruction in your backyard or home—Corporate classes before work/lunchtime/after work—Presentations for those in high-stress jobs, teens, seniors, or anyone interested in learning about mindfulness, movement, and meditation.
Class offerings include—Vinyasa Flow Yoga—Chair Yoga—Restorative Yoga—Beginners to Intermediate Yoga—Pilates—Strength & Conditioning—Tai Chi for Arthritis—Stress Reduction—Any combination of the above
(Sessions can range from 60 minutes to 2 hours.)

About the Owner
In 2015, Ann Kreucher opened MOVE YFD, fulfilling her dream of teaching a variety of movement styles to people of all ages and ability levels. She has taken her love of teaching outside the four walls and into the community.
Ann has over 25 years of experience teaching dance, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi for Arthritis, and multiple fitness styles. She is a Certified Wellness Coach, Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and is an E-RYT 200 and CEU provider.
She completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling in 2004 and has worked as a mental health therapist since 1996 in a variety of settings.
