Yoga for Strength & Conditioning

This class incorporates basic yoga and exercises using resistance bands and your own body weight. Large and small muscle groups will be exercised. The slow, focused approach to this class makes it appropriate and do-able for any level of practitioner.

 
 
 
 

Tai Chi for Arthritis

 

This gentle exercise is based off of Sun Style Tai Chi. It is characterized by agile steps and a higher stance, making it easier for those with arthritis to learn and practice. Tai Chi can increase flexibility and muscular strength, and will improve your health and vitality. This class can be taken seated or standing and you do not have to have arthritis to reap the many benefits! 

Tai Chi Chuan bases itself exclusively on gentleness, softness, naturalness and bringing you back to your original nature. Daily training makes the muscles and bones become softer and more pliable, and it especially causes the breath to become natural.

Zumba
