Yoga for beginners

Are you completely new to the idea of Yoga? Have a physical limitation? This class teaches individuals how to modify their yoga practice for their body type, flexibility and fitness level. Each pose series begins with the most basic pose modification.  As we progress through the pose series, new modifications are shown with the final pose at or near the full pose. 

Work at your own pace. Modified Yoga Plus is the only yoga class that teaches pose modification prior to full poses.
